We were not looking to buy a car, but had the unfortunate turn of events when our car was totaled. We shopped around and while we liked cars we were not happy with the sales people. Enter Mahmoud Issa at Mastria Hyundai. There was never pressure. He listened to what we wanted. Mahmoud patiently waited, after hours, to make sure we were set with the financing. Mastria is different than any other dealership and I certainly will recommend others to shop there.

Tony was great at getting my car in for the tire repair promptly. As far as I'm concerned Greco Hyundai is the work and I will never refer anybody to them and I am certainly not going to use them if I am to buy another Hyundai.

Brought my 2017 Hyundai Sonata in for the 1000 mile oil consumption test because it’s burning oil at a high rate. Everything was explained to me and they answered any questions I had. So oil change and a couple of software updates took about one hour and 40 minutes. They said about two hours so not bad. The waiting area was clean and had plenty of free snacks.

My first time buying a car all by myself since my husband died. I was apprehensive but once I started talking with Mahmoud at Mastria who answered my questions and educated me about the steps to take I felt I was in good hands.

I was there for an oil change in tire rotation. I was there for an hour and 10 minutes. Everybody was very polite. I’ve been going to Hyundai for many many many years and I’ve always appreciated their work ethics.

Not looking forward to the next visit.

As a driver who drove the same Nissan Rogue for almost 10 years, I found myself with PTSD after someone took the front of my car off as I made a left out of my work parking lot one Tuesday evening. I am writing to share my excellent experience purchasing my new vehicle from your dealership. From the moment I arrived, the entire team provided outstanding service. I especially appreciate the professionalism and support of both my sales representative and the manager, who made the entire vehicle purchase smooth and enjoyable.

I spent over a month looking for good options as a first time car buyer and it wasn’t until I went to Hyundai Plymouth that I had a good experience. They didn’t try and upsell or talk around the facts. They were straight to the point and extremely helpful when it comes to communication! Fantastic option for looking at any range of cars, they have the best crew!

I bought a used 2023 Rouge and it was in excellent condition. The sale went smoothly as well as the financing process. Tom was very helpful and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond when I picked it up getting me a sticker even though it was close to 5pm. Tom made sure that the car was detailed and they did an amazing job.

Super friendly service team. Received timely video feedback on my auto. Great waiting area to do work or just chill out. I drive 45 minutes from the Cape to have my car serviced because of how good they are.

Staff was very helpful and waiting room was extremely comfortable, making the wait much easier

Service rep was fantastic, the lady from the parts department was incredibly knowledgeable and help me find an obscure part. The only downside of our experience was that our programed key fob appeared to have been runover and it took almost 20 minutes to rectify the situation.
