Last month, my wife, Marcy and I had questions about our 2025 Hybrid rear cross driving alert. We were not certain that it was properly working. I have been dealing with Hyundai for my last 6 cars and I have never had any problems. Lia Namkoong was very knowledgeable, polite, courteous and helped in every way she could. I would recommend everyone to at least come in and look around
First visit to pin down what part was needed was disappointing. The next week after part was ordered went better. Just an incredible amount of personal interaction took place in the parts dept i believe within earshot of those waiting (hour and a half) for thier car to be serviced. VERY loud and inappropriate in front of cutomers. More like going to a bar and listening to a table of coworkers. Two of the reps I had personal interaction with were wonderful. Support personell need training.

Needed very specific parts for my 17 Genesis G80 3.8v6 engine. Same engine used in various Hyundai models. Mark in parts got the job done. He was a pleasure to work with and showed great patience while finding the correct parts. Parts were slightly more expensive than those I could get online from Genesis, but I saved on shipping costs, they came in super quick and I had the advantage of Mark's expertise. I look forward to working with him in the future.

I was hearing some very concerning sounds from my car and was able to get an appointment the next day. They were able to order the part I needed and fix my car within 48 hours. They were kind and communicated with me throughout the process.
I was pleased with my recall work on my Santa Fe. Mastria sent appointment reminders and offered a comfortable area to wait for my car. Finally, the service person was very approachable.

You have a great service, but your prices are outrageous to check a light in my car for a $189. Not good, but maybe someday you guys will reduce because there's a lot of automotive places opening up and they charge a lot less pricing.
