It's a lovely dealership with a friendly, very professional and efficient team who answer all questions clearly and patiently and with no pressure, really a nice atmosphere. Uirys, the salesman was terrific, he clearly explained the EV features and the lease process itself, he truly made the process pleasant and stress free. Sales Manager Christine and General Manager Matt were really helpful with organizing pickup etc. I greatly appreciated the good communication. My experience with Hyundai of Plymouth was exceptional. I was a walk in and the salesperson Carey was friendly, understanding and cooperative. After a test drive we discussed the purchase of a new Tucson hybrid. I then went to a Toyota dealer with an appointment for a test drive. The salesperson there was disinterested in this process and was not very helpful even though I did state that I was very serious about a purchase. He printed out a list of the models and features and then left to wait on another customer. I was extremely dissatisfied with that dealership.
